Standard Check-in time is from 12:00 PM (Noon) and Check-out time is strictly by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability upon request.
As per Government of Punjab regulations, all Pakistani citizens must present an original valid CNIC / National Identity Card at check-in. Foreign guests must present a valid Passport and Visa.
Payments are accepted via Cash, Debit/Credit Cards, and Online Bank Transfers. Invoices are subject to the official Punjab Sales Tax (PST 16%) and issued with verified PRA e-IMS QR codes.
Weapons, illegal substances, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited on hotel premises. Non-smoking rules apply in designated indoor public corridors.
Cancellations made 24 hours prior to check-in date incur zero cancellation fees. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a one-night room charge.
